Customer Service

On the 11th of March I was billed by Rain but I've yet to be connected. I've been calling their offices at their specified hours, tweeting them and even e-mailing them but they haven't picked up nor rep****. Almost two weeks have gone and I already have a pending bill awaiting. It's ridiculous.
