Customer RipOff

I added an Unlimited plan for R250 and 2 Minutes later I decided to remove it because its something that I did not want...I was debited R250 this month even though I did not use it and I have removed it ...how do you tie a customer to something that they do not want for 31 Days even before they use the service.....I want my money back this is a ripoff!!!!
