Customer Dissatisfaction

I have been trying to get hold of Rain with whom I have a contract with. You call them and you don't get picked up, you send enquiry via their website and they don't get back to. I have been experiencing very low download speed and poor connectivity which led to me not being able to stream.

In addition, I ported a sim card and since then the sim card is not working and have not received any assistance with that
