Customer care non-existent!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Canceling my plan proved to be an impossible task, requiring me to contact customer support six times before the unit was finally collected.

Despite my repeated attempts to obtain feedback and updates, I received no response whatsoever via email or phone. This lack of communication and poor work ethic is unacceptable, especially for such a simple request. Shame on you Rain!
