Customer care is amazing and friendly and helpful and I would without a doubt recommend rain, as when the system is working you definitely get what you pay for if not more so i am very happy with it, just not the last 2 weeks though

Customer care is amazing and friendly and helpful and I would without a doubt recommend rain, as when the system is working you definitely get what you pay for if not more so i am very happy with it, just not the last 2 weeks though. Keep up the awesome customer care though please. However there technicians are somewhat not. Towers that are down for weeks on end with no updates to head office. I use rain for business. Been forced to rely on another contract because of this. It cannot take so long to fix a tower? And it's not just the one by me. Entire Pietermaritzburg is having massive problems with no updates no nothing. I feel for customer care. They take the hits for others. Still the lady I just dealt with. You are 5 stars thank you.
