Customer care doesnt get back to one im very fraustrated.

im really fraustrated once again with the customer service of Rain, they say they will help in 24 to 48 hours and get you get no response.

i have a sim card with rain and its internet speed is brillant so i decided to get the uncapped rain sim card and its internet speed is just as bad as an adsl line, i have asked them to contact me and no reply except an automatic reply. this is ridiculous that you do not have a contact number at all, and your customer service email or contact is worse.

why does one have to revert to going on hello peter to get any response.
