Cuatomer Service sucks
Customer service is not Rain's strong point, you ask them to call you back, you wait a week or even longer or get no call at all. We have had no signal for a week and no one can give me a straight answer, always beat around the bush. I want a MANAGER to call me today and i want answers and i will not pay at then end of the month.
