It's R500 not R250 because it's two months that you guys deducted on my account and me not using your product. Please advise when was it processed need to count until the 10th day

But when I spoke to your consultant she advised me that in January it shows 0.01 same thing as not being used, pull the statement attached that was sent to billing you will see what I'm talking about. Please fix this ASAP and refund my other R250
