******, ***** and Pathetic Customer Service

They are ******. Their support gives the worst service ever to clients. They disrepect clients and you get billed for nothing. They dont have managers in place. They dont have accounts department hence the billing is always online. They dont answer calls. They dont know how to keep clients happy at all. I logged in a billing querie from the 2nd of September 2019. Till today it has been sorted and the agents yaseen, arnold xaba and the guy who **** and said he is a manager his name is owen. They all promised it will be escalated. Till today nothing has been escalated. A whole month without a manager to call me. However they good with collecting monies. Shame poor service. Never ever apply with them you will suffer.
