This company takes money from our accounts for services not rendered and have agent like Thato Ramere to waste your time giving you a stupid/ useless responses after 24 hours each mail/response . Give us your compliance or Ombudsman's information so that they can help us because its clear that your ****** in ties

There is NO data used for those Months , why are you taking money from me while I did not use any of your data in those months, what I'm I paying for? how many Gig's did i use? Rain is pay as you use service as far as the public is consent and on the last mail I asked for information you have not yet provided to me , this is the second week having this unfruitful back and forth
