They still debiting my account four months in a row now since I canceled my month to month contract. This is not a month to month, Rain is ******. As a customer we are not allowed to speak to ca collation department. I'm not using rains network started using telkom but Rain is still debiting my account.

14 Oct 2021, 13:22If you can go to my previous complaint on hello Peter you were already debeting my account after I have canceled 4 months ago... so I expect 3 months money then you can collect your device. I will not give your device until my money is payed back.
By the way I have all the call ID'S for cancelation request with dates.
