I requested to cancel my sim card last month which they did. They didn't, however, stop deducting money from my account!! Of course, like with all ******** organisations, you cant call them to complain. I've sent an email almost 2 weeks ago requesting an explanation and i'm still waiting. This is the last month you people have ****** money for this **** service of yours
