Credit refund

Im still waiting for the call from one of Rain manager. Rain had debited my account after I canceled the subscription last month in November. I've been since waiting for my refund as well as promised from the 1st week of December. Rain consultants are not professionals and they are not good listeners. I want to take this matter further.
