Crazy billing for non usage

I subscribed to rain for the 479 service but stopped using my Sim card sometime in April this year yet I am being billed for a service I'm not using.

My bill is now at R981, how is this possible when it even shows on the statement that my usage was 0 for the past two months.

Please cancel this ******* because I cannot be charged for something I did not use. I will not pay for a service I did not utilize. This is a total *******.

Cancel this subscription please. I will no longer be using it.
