So after much back and forth - you call and apologise. Promise to send me an email about my account - no email was sent. Promise to send me a technician out - technician came out. Worked for a day or two and guess what same issue with connectivity!

I am done now! I want a new device by tomorrow delivered tomorrow and installed and ensured is working before close of business tomorrow.

I do not care what you have to say or do. I am not paying for anymore services to a company that comes fiddles for 5 minutes and the same **** keeps happening.
