Coverage

The person that helped me when I requested a call told me there is a coverage in my area, after a week or so I called rain the lady explained to me that only 4G coverage in my area not 5G that is why it is not working. I’ve been contacting rain through rain talk and they said an email on my behalf to cancel my rain but no one is contacting me. I am not happy at all and I want to cancel rain
