Could barely load this page with my connection speed

I purchased rain as a suggestion from someone who work there. Promising me speeds of atleast 2mbps-10mbps download on the uncapped R479 package. I have NEVER had a constant connection or a Speed of over 0.30mbps download before IN THE WHOLE MONTH OF ME BEING A NEW CUSTOMER AND TRYING A NEW PRODUCT. Do you guys honestly rob people like this? If you can not deliver a product or service as promised, WHY are your doors even open? I mean, your support team sure as hell aren't working in anyway.
