Correspondence denied.

Rain's communication channels are a disaster. For 2 months I've been trying to communicate with them and all they do is ignore my emails. The only response they are good at is of acknowledging receipt of my emails and promise to get back to me. I cannot do business with ghosts and since they are, they must come and take their router.
