Contract#***6 - 4G legacy Cancellation | #*** not being canceled and still being debited
I have been requesting for my subscription cancelation over a month now nd Rain network keeps on redirecting me to their robot communication platform, and keeps on sending emails that says help is on the way with a ref number and yet they haven't canceled my account till now nd they debited an hour ago . Please assist on Rain network unfair consumer practices
