Contract Cancelled, Debits still Ongoing Again.

I cancelled my contract with Rain in 21 October 2024, and returned the router on 26 October, which I also got confirmation of the last debit to go off in November.

November 2024, you billed my account, which should be the last. However, in December again, you billed my account. I logged at least 3 tickets for resolution of this, which you eventually refunded my account in January.

Now February 25th, again you are billing my account. Why are you people still having my personal details and billing my account for because I no longer have an account with you.
