Contract Cancellation

I ended my contract with rain at the end of September and I was stilled billed for the month of October

Yes I can see the invoice on my rain account. On my bank statement there's was a deduction on the 26th of September

Yes canceled my contract on the 21st of September 2023. I need help getting back my R739 deducted from October becausey contact had already been canceled and the September Invoice (***) was already paid in September so I want to know how I can get refund? My bank statement shows a deduction in the month of both September and October. How?
