Contract cancelation

I wrote to rain letting them know that they mustn't debit my bank account on the 25th February 2025, since they are not offering me service. They say my contract is future payment client, since when? I get interrupted internet connection every minute and I called to inform them but it continues business as usual no one cares. I am Canceling my contract with rain. What rain does respond privately even me I can't see their response, so why even respond?

I am telling you that I have been getting interrupted internet connection and some days slow internet connection and most of all, service being suspended. How do want to debit my bank account knowing that my account is a future payment account as you and you will not give me internet connection or you will keep my account with interrupted connection

Your response really prove that you don't care. You are telling me about 1GB threshold, I am paying for that, I am making Payment of R795 for unlimited internet, currently I have telling you for the past months about this and you have been promising to send a technician and arrange External router but you never did. I am experiencing interrupted internet connection, my internet contract with does get suspended and when I follow up, I get told I am in arrears, it will take me explanation to be reconnected and it will be for a day and I will experience the same problem over again. Why can't you understand my point.
