Continuous problems

Rain, my network is disconnecting non stop and I have rebooted and tried other routers, but it continues. There is no loadshedding today so it can't be the excuse. I have sent numerous tickets on the app and no one assists me, I keep losing clients every time it disconnects. This is a continuous problem, why?
