Continuous billing for no service provided nor data usage

Rain is a ****. They advertise themselves as a pay as you use network, no contracts but they save your bank card details in their system and they debit you every month whether you use their services/data or not. When you contact their customer service which is only through email they give you a reference number saying one of their agents will contact you but they never do you only se second email informing you that your query is resolved. When you contact them again they respond by saying whether you use the data or not they bill you for their service. Which services because they don't even provide any service at all. Stay away from Rain if you don't want to lose your money every month for nothing.
