Continued ******* Debit Order Deductions

I cancelled my rain sim card at the beginning of June, but Rain continued to deduct R250 off my account on 2 July. Can you please reverse this deduction and ensure no other debit orders go off my account again. I sent a similar request on your webpage middle of last week, but nobody responded.
