Continued Bad Service from Rain

After posting a 1 star review on Tuesday i was quickly contacted by Rain who once again could only tell me to restart the router (as if i havent been trying that) and then said to me they cannot pick up any issue. I was then told to monitor the connection and that a new router would be sent through.

The internet then works fine that entire day. But come the next day and it goes back to normal. No connection. Today has been the worst and still no feedback from them.

Absolutely terrible service.
