Contacted Rain today to get assistance with my new 5G wireless connection and 4G sim activation. Within 10 minutes Mr Sumedh Likhar from Rain answered my call, and took me step by step on the process of 4G sim mobile activation and setup which went successfully. He also took me step by step on the process of fixing my 5G wireless connection which went smoothly as well. Both my mobile devices and laptops successfully connected to the wireless.
