I have been a loyal customer for a number of years yesterday payment never went off my account , I contacted your bot who advised me to make a manual payment which I did , however I don't want a extra debit to come off my account as I made payment . I was told to send proof of which I did . Don't take off extra money as I was following your instructions ., which I also happened to receive via email
