Contact cancelation /invoice but no service rendered

Good day. Kindly refrain from using this network. It is a ****. I requested my contact to be canceled and they still provide me with a bill. They have stopped their service and they still provide me with invoice 🙄their consultants keeps putting calls on hold and unable to confirm cancelation.i struggled with network coverage and no assisted,i have canceled and still there is no one to confirm cancelation...
