CONSUMERS STAY AWAY FROM RAIN!!!! Very bad customer care

Rain is the worst company I've ever dealt with, useless support! The service is as bad as the employees, or is it vice versa! And you cannot stop the payments, because they are a subscription!!!!! PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM RAIN! I believe these 5Star ratings are their own employees! They want to hide the .bad reviews!
