Consultants doesn’t know anything and I’m still waiting on my SIM card.

I ordered my package and received it on Monday, the router WITHOUT THE SIM CARD.

So it’s useless

I called in and they said I should wait 24 hours and they will get back to me.

It’s Friday today, I called in again today and I asked them how long I need to wait, the consultant tells me “I don’t know”, how the hell do you not know? I have things to do! You guys are ridiculous! I would not recommend you to anyone. Terrible service! How do you tell a customer that you don’t know?? Do you not train your staff properly? Do you not know your own business? I’ve already paid for my first month! I paid for nothing!!!
