Consultant with attitude

I just got a call from a rain consultant who shouted at me over the phone for raising my frustration over their network I even threatened him that I’m gonna ask for he’s boss to review this conversation on how he spoke to me . That guy raised he’s voice even further. I shocked never experienced such a attitude from a service provider
