CONSTANT EMAILS FROM RAIN ON THE SERVICES NOT USED
Rain deducted double on my account in the same month, and they are still sending me emails that i owe them and i stopped using their services and i have sent the proof of payment to their lawyers that they deducted twice in one month and they were deducting each month

22 Nov 2023, 10:01i don't dispute that , your company deducted from my bank account on the 23rd December 2021 and also on the 31st December 2021, so if you say i paid for November 2021 what was the double deduction for? i do have proof of payments and i have sent them to the same company you handed me over to, and when i called your company to reverse one payment told me that it is impossible but it was possible for you to deduct double in two weeks. According to me i don't owe you, for if you don't get a payment you suspend as its the pay as you go.
