Constant drop in connection

I had to turn off my wifi to write this review. That should give you an indication of how **** this isp is. It goes on for 5 minutes then off again for nearly 10 minutes. The router is less than 2 meters from where I am with no obstructions yet I constantly get a connected with no internet. I have logged 3 tickets since I signed up at the end of November 2022 and zero interactions with this ISP. Seems they trying to compete with Eskom in the reliability stakes and so far Eskom is beating them.
