Constant connection issues, no feedback provided

It is now exactly three weeks since I logged a complaint with Rain regarding poor connection due to network error. During this time, I've had barely usable internet, with some days not even being able to open a website. I have called three times after the initial call, every time being assured it will be made a priority. This problem has been occurring every few weeks for the past year, and still no solution. Usually the signal returns to normal within a few days of going down, as there will always first be an attempt to convince me that the issue is on the router side, but it now seems like Rain is either unwilling or unable to fix the problem. In either case, I'm starting to look for a different provider, as soon as I find one I'll be cancelling my Rain contract.
