Constant billing issues

Been having billing issues with rain, my payment dates were changed without my consent and now that I’ve “exceeded” my chances to change it I am now faced with constant disconnection issues . I make a payment on the 25th and get disconnected on the 1st as their system debits me then and can’t be changed anymore, when I log calls I don’t get called back or when someone does they never understand me as they’re foreign which causes language barriers! Frustrated with this service!
