Constant BAD connection

If I could rate this anything less than a single star then I would because honestly RAIN IS TRASH! We are being ****** and it just needs to be shut down. Their connectivity is pathetic and often times downright non-existent. I have nothing more to add to the many complaints and bad reviews that everyone else has already outlined about this ****. We are really not getting our money's worth here and they best not respond me with that ridiculous auto-generated response from "Mosa" because I swear I'll cancel my subscription! I already have more than enough reason to as it is..... For anybody considering using RAIN, stay away, really not worth the headache!!
