Consistent Internet Issues

I am writing to express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the service provided by Rain. Over the past couple months, I have experienced persistent issues with my internet connection. This has recently escalated to the point of being unbearable.

Since Sunday, my internet connection has been incredibly unreliable. Last night, my internet access was completely down, and it did not return until I got back from work the today. As soon as night fell, the connection dropped again. This pattern of instability has left me without internet more often than not.

The situation has become ridiculous and infuriating. I rely heavily on a stable internet connection for both personal and professional reasons, and of late Rain has consistently failed to deliver. The frustration and inconvenience caused by this unreliable service are unacceptable.

While the customer care team is very kind, they only take me through the same troubleshooting steps each time, which do not resolve the issue. No one has been able to tell me what the problem is or provide a lasting solution.

Given these ongoing issues, I would like to cancel my subscription. I would like to know how I can get a refund for this month, as I have barely had any usable internet service. The lack of service has rendered my subscription pointless.

I urge Rain to address these issues immediately. Customers deserve reliable service, and the current situation is far from acceptable. Please advise on the steps I need to take to receive my refund and cancel my subscription.
