Considering to cancel problematic Rain internet provider!!

We are offline now for a week and bi communication from Rain, we were told that there is a problem with the towers in our area and they busy fixing it. After over a week we still offline, when we pay one day late our service will e terminated but what about the week and no internet? We paid them up to date yet we have no internet. Now we have to buy data which is costing us a fortune. Rain is the worse internet provider.
