CONSIDER CHANGING COURIER COMPANY
RAIN, you have been nothing but very good to me. your choice of a courier company is the one that will make you lose customers. its been two weeks now, since i waited for my sim card, till today they keep on telling me that no one attended to my matter, RAIN, there are so many good courier companies out there you really do not want to let CCD couriers ruin your good reputation.

I gave it to them with my address and my working place my city and my province. all that info was disclosed to them by me. they just decided to neglect my matter on their accord, there is no miscommunication from my side. my decision to come to Hello Peter was taken after several phone calls made to your partner. till they told me that no one ever attended to my matter and they don't know why. when I advised that you need to look at this partner of yours, I am not taking thinks out of perspective. they are really not good and judging from their reviews on this platform proves that I am not delusional, there is a problem.
