Connectivity/speed issues
Terrible customer service recieved from rain and service delivery. I have paid for a 4G connection and yet my internet barely works . The line speed is dog slow. Its really not great that they know their network is influxed that they continue to sign people up. Its not great at all. I have emailed via their website twice with no response to date its been a week +.I work from home and has impacted me big time. Really a waste of money.

Although my problem isn't completely solved as yet he went to great lengths to assist and i appreciate all the support i received thus far. He communicated well and sent me screenshots of his requests to the relevant departments.Well done thus far.

22 Jul 2020, 15:31OK so it turns out after sending me a brand new sim card , that the tower im suppose to connect is down.I requested a refund 3 days ago, i requested confirmation of the refund and to date the agent has not responded to me. I want my full refund Rain. I never utilised your network but money was deducted.
