Connectivity problem

Can somebody please help me with connectivity I've been struggling with this network service provider from day one it's not even funny it's painful considering the fact that the money has been deducted yet I haven't fully got the service I paid for... I'm really sick and tired of having to complain about this it's annoying... I sent email to date no response yet they were too quick to take the money which is not fair... How do you expect us to recommend your service while you fail to attend to our problems
