Connectivity issues resolved!
I had connectivity issues, and Dawn Munyai assisted with helping me get on track in no time at all! He was patient, kind, and understanding. His communication s****s are excellent, and was help me to deal with my frustrations. Exceptional service. Well done. Rain - get your call center back online ASAP!!!!
