Connectivity issues
I haven’t been able to connect properly to the internet since the 15 October 2022. I have contacted your call centre several times and I’m not getting assistance. The agents keep saying they have changed my tower but I’m still experiencing the same issue. The agent I spoke to today muted my call. Very unprofessional I must say.
