Connectivity issue

I was using the 101 and had no problem till I saw the adver for the loop.i changed to loop and my nightmares started,half the day I don't have internet I even went as far as adding another loop zone but guess what I still struggle with connectivity.i have contacted rain don't know how many times and was told someone will contact me and no one has.I think it's hight time I cancel I can't pay R795 and still don't get coverage
