Connection struggles
Kindly assist in resolving the poor network/connection performance which a been extremely poor over the past two weeks with this week being the third.
We have made calls, and the following was suggested and attempted leaving us with the same problem: - Resetting the 5G router, - Placing the router near windows or direction of the closest network tower, - Switching network towers.
The router shows a blue or red light most of the time and on the highest point in the house it shows all three lights but still weak connection and when it works it does for limited time when placed on the highest point in the house.
This is off major concern as I wasn't able to submit an assignment that was due 10/07/23 and an assessment is coming up on 18 July 2023 with no solution at hand.
Please assist

I followed every step to the T, and it is yielding the same result. It only attempts to work at the highest point in the house and that highest point is does not have power outlets meaning we have to source the power via extensions as this point is on top of a cupboard.
RSRP is -95dBm and SINR is +22Bb at the said location and everywhere in the house even outside the RSRP is around -120dBm and 2dB.
When is the Micheal M. tower getting restored? it's now getting to three weeks with this ongoing problem, the tower mentioned on your response is 3km away, so moving the router in and outside the house has resulted in the issue escalating with majority of the time having the router flashing a red light.
