Connection problems

I have been out of connection from mid December 2022. I escalated the problem with Rain. They called back and tried to help fix the problem. My network was fine for few minutes and I again lost it. I tried to call them but the number does not seem to be going through. It rings once and cuts. I have been sending them dozens of emails and each time they would promise to come back to me. I am tired and frustrated. I am paying for services that I cannot access.
