Connection problems

Hi rain

The WiFi is completely not working at all ,we can't connect to the WiFi we don't pick it up and when we eventually pick it up and then it says can't connect I have hard rebooted the WiFi I have moved it around I have rebooted the WiFi about 10 times already and nothing the WiFi is not working every weekend we have this problem and each time I am being told to just move the router but that doesn't help it's like you guys don't read what a person says I have done all the trouble shooting so please either send someone out to come look at this WiFi or I don't know how else you can fix it
