Connection problem solved
I had a problem with rain, my SIM was forever offline. And Deborah Nhlapo went out of her way to assist me step by step till we solved the problem. Before her I was communicating with the consultants and they were giving me general answers which did not help me in anyway. But she really came to my rescue and I really appreciate her. She is the definition of customer service. Thank you Deborah Nhlapo
