Connection problem no network

I had connectivity issues since last week Wednesday 8th of February. Even today it's not fixed I've been calling rain almost everyday was promised that the technician will come to my house to look at the router as it's not connecting to any of the towers Today us the 15th of February still not fixed I'm working from home and I had to buy data every just to connect and be able to work.they don't even bother to call me back and this affecting me financially as I spending money on airtime calling them and also buying data.
